Minding Your Bedside Manner: Addiction Stigma in the Hospital Setting

Stigma toward people with substance use disorder (SUD) can be seen at all levels of care within health care settings. Recognizing the role of clinicians and the meaningful difference they can make in their patients' lives is a key part of moving towards a more inclusive and compassionate healthcare landscape. Healthcare professionals, advocates, and community members are invited to join Georgia Recovers as we explore evidence-based approaches that support patients with SUD and the clinicians that provide care.
