Community Impact
Committee (CIC)
The Community Impact Committee (CIC) is a multi-disciplinary taskforce made up of community advocates that provide ongoing guidance to various elements of the Georgia Recovers campaign. The goal of the CIC is to ensure the voice of the community is present and being heard at the decision-making table.
Community Partners
Georgia Recovers relies on the expertise of Community Partners to inform the campaign on how to best engage with their unique communities and to act as a bridge toward building trusting and sustained relationships. As trusted messengers within their networks, Community Partners are in a position to spread facts and messages around addiction that challenge judgmental beliefs.

As an individual, you can get involved with Georgia Recovers by promoting and engaging with digital content on social media and connecting the campaign with individuals that are interested in sharing their story or organizations that want to become Campaign Partners. Influencers
The Georgia Recovers influencer program works with Georgians who use their platforms to educate their networks and promote acceptance and non-judgmental behaviors for people experiencing substance use disorder (SUD). Georgia Recovers influencers come from a wide variety of backgrounds and demographics, and amplify the reach of the campaign by encouraging their audiences to learn more about Georgia Recovers.
