Jacob is Grateful for Peer Support

When Jacob first began his recovery, he found support from others who had similar experiences with substance use disorder (SUD).

Jacob knows that everyone who has taken the steps toward recovery once began as a newcomer, and he's so thankful for the guidance and care that they provided him when he began on his own journey. Jacob is also grateful for the connections he has built with his family through his recovery process. These days, he shares close relationships with his family and friends, and he cherishes the opportunity he had to reconnect with his father before his passing. Fostering trust with loved ones has been very restorative for Jacob, and serves as a source of motivation in his recovery.
